Each film synopsis includes a title (or working title), the original creator, the genre, and a brief plot summary.
Mud: Josh Arkin: Drama: A sneak peek into the lives of 4 students at different periods in their college careers. The inevitability of adulthood looms over the characters forcing them to let go of their childlike idealism as they are pulled in new directions. New relationships form as old relationships are tested, and some are destroyed.
Sunset (working title): Tiffany Jen: Comedy/Horror: The perfect couple who will be forever together…or not. [after one dies tragically, the other is committed to having the perfect date with the perfect guy, dead or alive]
Coffee: Ting Lew: Music Video: A sleep deprived guy grabs some late night coffee and meets the girl of his dreams…too bad it is a dream. Set to The Walkmen – Canadian Girl.
Shoes: Sarah Gizaw: Comedy/Suspense: Every time this character goes to the bathroom, he/she sees the same set of weird looking shoes in the next stall. The main character investigates in various ways, but the mysterious person doesn’t reveal themselves. The character finally breaks down the door to find out that [SPOILERS!] :P
The Asylum: Daniel Lerner: Psychological Thriller: An arrogant doctor refuses to release a patient then suffers the consequence of ending up in the patient’s shoes.
Detective (working title): 1940’s Style Mystery: A woman hires a detective because she thinks her husband is cheating on her with another woman. The detective discovers that the husband is another woman, the detective’s girlfriend.
A Tampered Mind (working title): Wail Essa: Drama: A freshman in college daydreams uncontrollably. He learns he has a condition called maladaptive daydreaming after thinking he was beat up by a group of thugs then becomes insane after realizing that his best friend isn’t real.
Regression: Andres Leyton: Drama: A student with social paranoia goes through regression therapy in order to find the cause. The therapy takes him through events in his life and even one in his past life.
